Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes you need to be a registered member to place an order. We do not allow unregistered members to purchase anything from our website for legal purposes.

How can i cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is shipped.
Any changes to an order is possible prior to the checkout process.

Once the payment is done any changes to the order is not possible, therefore please double check your order, contact and shipping information.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We will also let you know the tracking number of your shipment as soon as the order is shipped.

How do i track my order?

You will receive an email regarding the tracking detail of your orders. Also you will receive sms notifications periodically.

What payment methods are accepted?

We use 3rd party payment gateway solution provided by QuikWallet.
Therefore, any payment mode supported by QuikWallet is accepted.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase. The prices listed for all the items are all-inclusive of Standard Shipping and Taxes. Delivery charges may vary depending on your shipping method.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

As of now, We do not offer cash on delivery. Check for updates here in future if we provide COD as an option.

What shipping methods are available?

The shipping methods available are By air and by rail & road. We do not ship international.

How long will it take to get my package?

The generally estimated delivery times are –
Standard Shipping – 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping – 24-48 hours.

*As per Guidelines of Airport Authority of India Liquids and Batteries can’t be shipped via air.
*Therefore standard and express delivery time MAY vary.

*The stated time frames exclude Festival/National holidays.

Do you ship Internationally?

As of now, We do not ship Internationally. Check this space for any updates.

What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery : No additional charges. on orders above ₹500.
Express delivery : ₹250.

How do i store my e-liquid?

Please store your E-liquids in a cool and dry place. Avoid Exposure to  direct light  for an extended amount time.

What are the steeping requirements for Vapeboss & other Imported liquids on AkDistro?

All our liquids are pre-steeped. You can start vaping out of the box.

What are the VG/PG composition of the liquids?

The VG/PG Composition of the liquids will be mentioned on the product page and on the packing of the bottles (depends on the companies packaging).

All our VapeBoss The Trilogy Liquids are Max VG.

What bottles are used to bottle the e-liquids?

Chubby Gorilla  – Depends on the brand.

Glass Dripper Bottles – Depends on the brand.
