Our Policy


In the event of a DoA ( Damaged on Arrival/Dead on Arrival ) if the customer confirms the same within 24 hours of them receiving the package and provides proof of the same AKDistro shall either replace or refund as per the request of the customer

In the event of customer ordering incorrectly and wasn’t aware of their incorrect order and they wish for either a correct replacement or refund the customer should report the same back to AKDistro within 24 hours of package delivery or prior to the package is shipped outward to them such that AKDistro can provide assistance with either a replacement/correction/refund.

In the event a customer reports a ( Damaged on Arrival/Dead on Arrival ) beyond 24 hours from the time they received their package then the customer shall hold the package and AKDistro has no liability whatsoever.

In the event of a replacement AKDistro shall fulfill it based on the above mentioned points and upon receiving the product back in its original packaging without any tampering or damages.
